We contacted Kitchen Emporium after visiting a well known high street kitchen provider. After discussing our ideas with Phil he worked with us to bring our vision to life. Any queries or issues were resolved promptly and efficiently. Phil was transparent in terms of costs etc, and our fitter Dave was meticulous. Overall we are thrilled with our new kitchen- the look and quality is second to none and we have received many compliments from visitors.

Fantastic, from initial planning where utmost care and attention to what i wanted, the team listened to my ideas ever pushy, was happy to review and change went out of way to get colour matched samples etc. i had communication at all times with schedule of planned work, they organised building work plumbing electricians etc etc. Kitchen fitter was the best! he worked like trojan and his attention to detail was superb. The standards of workmen that kitchen emporium employ are second to none! Every one was highly skilled, they turned up on time, polite , cleaned up after. The kitchen itself is beyond my dreams of what it would be like, it is matched exactly to the farrow and ball shade I chose. With really high quality frames doors and handles. Lovely quality products. love love love it! Would recommend kitchen emporium anyday!

A fantastic experience from start to finish! From Phil who designed the space all the way to Karol who fitted the kitchen the level of service was excellent. The kitchen itself is outstanding, after looking at others it was a clear choice. The quartz worktops are simply beautiful and fitted to perfection.
I would not hesitate to recommend Kitchen Emporium.. after all I’m a returning customer from a previous house! Just perfect!!

I would just like to thank Kitchen Emporium for their excellent work on our kitchen.

I was very worried about getting a new kitchen and kept thinking of all different issues that could occur from fitting the flooring in to find a place to park the skip and everything in-between .

I needn't have worried; the whole thing was as easy as it possibly could be given that we were living without a kitchen for a few weeks.

Choosing the kitchen and finding one that was within our budget was a much less stressful experience than either of us thought it would be and we are thrilled with the finished product.

The designer's advice was invaluable even though we nearly chose cream cupboard interiors and he said he would pack his stuff up and go home if we did that!

The timing of everything was very slick and everyone came when we expected them to and left everywhere very tidy after their work.

The electricians were very thorough ensuring the electrics throughout the house were safe despite a wire cutting incident that was expertly fixed.

The kitchen fitters did a fantastic job, their attention to detail was outstanding especially around the worktop join. Which they pointed out to me on more than one occasion.

All my communications with the office were very professional and friendly and the whole process was expertly programme managed from there.

I know the timing coincided with my husband's final assignment on his course and that caused problems with turning the electric off and his overall grumpiness. I apologise for that. I have told him if he does another course, I'm going to Torremolinos with my friends while he does his final assignment!

The kitchen makes such a difference to our everyday lives. Its gorgeous and much easier to use in every respect than the old one .

Visited Kitchen Emporium back in March when we decided on a new kitchen. From our first introduction to Phil we felt at ease and loved his knowledge of what we wanted after a very informal chat.
Kitchen Emporium were aware of our long time-frame build schedule and we kept in touch on a regular basis until we had a definite date. In June we advised Phil that we now had a date and our new kitchen was booked in for installation. Move the clocks forward to the designed day and the transformation began. Within less than a week our beautiful kitchen was fully installed by their own fitter (who worked thoroughly and respectfully throughout the whole process - thanks Karol).
I would genuinely recommend seeking the advice of Kitchen Emporium and taking a look at their great range.
Thanks to all the team for making the whole experience seamless and providing a fantastic kitchen ready to make many happy memories.

Kitchen Emporium Wigan were amazing from begining to end!

I cannot express how needed the premium customer service received was in our circumstances!

For the work we needed there were many contractors involved and Kitchen Emporium supported with all elements from recommendations to general advice.

They didn't have to go the extra mile, however this act  led to us having our bespoke kitchen fitted and an incredibly smooth journey despite everything we had going on in the wider project and outside of it.

Kitchen emporium managed all our expectations and provided support and in all honesty, they will be a very hard act to follow!

Thank you so much for everything and a special thanks to Phil !

We look forward to the future project in the dining room!

We initially met up with Phil in the showroom and he was very helpful, not pushy and listened to what we wanted and didn’t want for our new kitchen. The design and plans needed a few minor tweaks but again, they were very accommodating to our needs. The schedule of works was drawn up together and planned to the dates we wanted. The fitter (Dave) and the electricians (Tom and Brian) were simply excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them - they were very timely and most importantly, very precise with the work they did. Would suggest you get quotes from the electricians and build that into your budgets, as that’s over and above the cost of the kitchen and fitting etc.
Pam in the showroom was also very helpful throughout with the admin/calls etc.

We are both delighted with our new kitchen and, would definitely recommend our friends and family to use Kitchen Emporium.
